(ASX:UBN) has announced Dubai Parks and Resorts will adopt the Urbanise platform.
Dubai Parks and Resorts is set to open the region’s largest integrated theme park destination in October, comprising of three separate theme parks alongside a hotel and retail, dining and entertainment space.
Under the hosted services agreement, Dubai Parks and Resorts will use the asset maintenance and mobile workforce functionality of the Urbanise platform to manage theme park assets including buildings, roads, infrastructure and rides.
Urbanise will receive an activation services fee to support Dubai Parks and Resorts with the mobilisation and configuration of the platform, followed by a fixed bundled service fee agreed annually to reflect platform usage.
Urbanise recorded a net profit of $719,000 at 30 June 2015.
