Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited
(ASX:DMP) says it has now completed the acquisition of Joey’s Pizza.
Joey’s Pizza is the largest pizza delivery chain in Germany by system sales and number of stores.
Under the agreement, Domino’s would acquire the 212 Joey’s Pizza stores for initial consideration of $69 million.
The Joey’s Pizza business is expected to generate system revenue of 143 million Euros.
Domino’s reported a net profit of $68.42 million at 28 June 2015.
