BrainChip signs up strategic partner

Brainchip Holdings Limited (ASX:BRN) says it has signed an agreement with Applied Brain Research to work together in a referral relationship in the emerging markets of artificial intelligence. 
 
BrainChip has developed a Spiking Neuron Adaptive Process which mimics the human brain in its ability to learn and evolve independently. 
 
Applied Brain Research owns a brain simulation technology platform.
 
Under the deal the two companies will jointly promote each other’s products and refer potential customers to each other as well as offering companies an integrated hardware and software product. 
 
BrainChip Holdings reported a net loss of nearly $6 million for the year ending June 30, 2015.
