Commonwealth Bank Of Australia Limited
(ASX:CBA) says Group Chief Risk officer Alden Toevs will retire at the end of the financial year.
Mr Toevs has been with CBA since 2008 and contributed strongly to the bank throughout some turbulent times in financial services.
He will remain with the bank for two more years to consult on balance sheet management and quantitative analytics as well serve as a director on subsidiary boards.
David Cohen, currently General Counsel and Executive of Corporative Affairs will replace Mt Toev from July.
CBA made a net profit of $9.08 billion for the 2015 financial year.
