Recall Holdings Limited
(ASX:REC) has announced its expansion into a new European market through the acquisition of the document storage and management company Secur’Archiv.
With locations in five major cities across Switzerland, the company said integration is expected to commence immediately and will add US$14 million of annualised revenue.
Recall has completed six acquisitions – including Secur’ Archiv – during FY16. The combined purchase price of all six acquisitions is approximately US$56 million.
These acquisitions are expected to add approximately US$19 million in revenue in FY16.
Recall recorded a net profit of $84.64 million at 30 June 2015.
