Lucapa sells diamond parcel

Lucapa Diamonds Limited (ASX:LOM) says they have achieved an average selling price of $2,360 per carat for its latest parcel of diamonds. 
This compares to an average overall price of $1,855 per carat. 
 
The parcel of 178 carats grossed $420,000 and was the smallest parcel sold to date due to heavy rains causing downtime at the plant. 
 
Lucapa has now achieved $19.2 million in gross diamond sales with another sale scheduled for later next month. 
 
Lucapa reported a net loss of $2.26 million for the 2015 financial year.
