3P Learning
(ASX:3PL) has announced it has exercised an option to acquire a further 16.93 per cent interest in Learnosity Holdings, taking its total shareholding in Learnosity to 40 per cent.
The total consideration of $20.2 million will comprise of cash and scrip to be paid by 31 March 2016.
The company says the investment in Learnosity is consistent with its mission to provide online learning resources for children in schools around the world.
3P Learning is due to report its half-year results on the 19th of February.
3P Learning reported a net profit of $4.15 million at 30 June 2015.
