Devine Limited
(ASX:DVN) has announced the appointment of Andrew Cooper as Chief Executive Officer of Devine.
Mr Cooper was previously Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of CIMIC Group’s Leighton Properties.
Acting CEO Craig Bellamy will return to his previous position as Chief Financial Officer.
Devine also announced several changes to its board of directors. All changes are effective immediately.
Devine recorded a net profit of $902,000 at 30 June 2015.
