Kingsland Global Limited
(ASX:KLO) says it has managed to sell its Oknha Peich Hotel in Cambodia for over US$13 million.
The sale to Vivaz Holdings will result in a pre-tax profit of around $5 million for the company.
The hotel is still under construction and slated for completion in the second quarter of 2017.
Kingsland only just listed on the ASX last month.
