(ASX:MIG) has joined forces with Peppermint Innovation Limited
(ASX:PIL) to explore a Peppermint payment solution for migme customers in the Philippines.
Peppermint provides a banking and remittance technology platform for people not linked to traditional banks and operates a network of over 70,000 members and 40 business centres across the Philippines.
The Peppermint platform is also employed by three of the top Filipino commercial banks.
Migme is using the partnership to expand into the Philippines and Asia.
Migme reported a net profit of $8.80 million for 2015 financial year.
