Enice Holding Company Limited
(ASX:ENC) has announced a change of Chief Financial Officer following the resignation of the incumbent.
The telecommunications service provider has appointed Mr Bo Cheng as CFO.
The former CFO of Nanjing Zhongzhe Technology Limited will replace Ms Tian Van Acken in the role and has worked alongside Ms Van Acken over the past two months to ensure an efficient transition.
The company said it valued Ms Van Acken’s contribution and was delighted to welcome Mr Cheng’s financial expertise to all aspects of Enice.
