Australian Dairy Farms to acquire Camperdown dairy company

Australian Dairy Farms Group (ASX:AHF) has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Camperdown Dairy Company.
 
AHF will pay an all cash consideration of $11 million. 
 
The acquisition enables AHF to create the only listed ASX dairy company with fully-owned and controlled paddock-to-tabletop and supermarket shelf operations.
 
AHF currently has six dairy farms in South-Western Victoria with annual raw milk production of about 15 to 17 million litres. 
 
Australian Dairy Farms reported a net loss of $2.05 million at 30 June 2015.
