Watpac in legal dispute

Watpac Civil & Mining Pty Limited (ASX:WTP) is set to meet BC Iron Limited in court amid a legal dispute.
 
BC Iron Limited launched legal proceedings against its former mining services contractor on behalf of the Nullagine joint venture partners.
 
The two companies are in dispute in relation to matters arising under the mining services contract between Watpac and BC Iron Nullagine Pty Limited.
 
The Nullagine joint venture is an unincorporated 75:25 joint venture with Fortescue Metals subsidiary FMG Pilbara Pty Limited. 
 
Watpac recorded a net profit of $11.52 million at 30 June 2015.
