Doray updates on Deflector Project

Company News

Doray Minerals (ASX:DRM) says construction of its Deflector gold project in the Murchison region of Western Australia remains on track and on budget.

The company says commencement of open pit mining should occur in January of February next year, while commissioning of a new purpose-built processing plant should occur in May or June 2016.

The Deflector project is a high grade/ low cost gold-copper deposit with an initial mine life of six years.

The company says it’s using its recent experience from the Andy Well Gold Project to optimise the construction, development and operation of Deflector.

Doray Minerals reported a net profit of $19 million at 30 June 2015.
