Watpac Limited
(ASX:WTP) says it will deliver the $34.5 million expansion of the Frankston Private Hospital, which is a high quality cancer treatment hospital operated by Healthscope.
Located in Melbourne’s outer south-east, the project will deliver a new building opposite the existing hospital, creating an additional 60 beds, three operating theatres and a day oncology unit.
Watpac will also deliver back-of-house support areas including receiving kitchen, loading dock and basement car park.
The company is also working on Healthscope’s new private Gold Coast Hospital and the expansion of Knox Private Hospital in Melbourne.
Watpac reported a net profit of $11.52 million at 30 June 2015.
