(ASX:MIG) say they have acquired the social media news site Hipwee Media Solutions.
Hipwee is one of the most influential media companies for young, urban Indonesians and consists of 16 editorial and community staff who write and curate content.
The merger will allow migme entry into one of its main target markets with revenue generated on the sale of advertising for fast moving consumer goods and electronics brands.
The terms of the acquisition are commercial in confidence.
