(ASX:OSH) has announced changes to its board.
Ms Fiona Harris will resign as non-executive director effective immediately as she focuses on recovery following a recent health issue.
Ms Harris will be replaced by Dr Eileen Doyle. Dr Doyle brings extensive business experience including senior operational experience at BHP and CSR.
Dr Doyle has also served on the boards of GPT Group, Boral, CSIRO and Newcastle Port Corporation. She will take up her new position from February 18 next year.
Oil Search reported a net profit of $296 million for the six months to June 30, 2015.
