Sydney-based real estate agent McGrath Group
(ASX:MEA) says they plan to open their first Melbourne office in St Kilda as they expand into Victoria.
CEO John McGrath says the entry into Victoria is well timed following successful expansion in regions close to Sydney and while the company is well capitalised.
The St Kilda office will start with a team of 23 and will be one of 78 offices on the east coast of Australia.
Three more offices are planned for an early 2016 opening.
McGrath Group listed on the ASX just last week.
