Genesis Energy Limited
(ASX:GNE) will replace CEO Albert Brantley with Marc England effective May 2016.
Mr England was appointed following a global search and brings with him a strong track record of driving growth, innovation and customer focus.
Marc has spent the past 2 years as an executive with AGL Energy and has previously held finance strategy positions with British Gas and Ford Motor Company.
Mr Brantley will continue as CEO until Mr England starts in May.
Genesis Energy reported a net profit of $92.79 million for the 2015 financial year.
