Ingenia pays $8.5M for tourist park

Ingenia Communities (ASX:INA) will pay $8.5 million for the leasehold on the South West Rocks Tourist Park. 
 
The park currently consists of 54 permanent homes with another 170 short term and campsites as well as approval for another 52 permanent homes. 
 
It’s also located on 9.5 hectares of prime coastal land with well established tourism in the area. 
 
The purchase will be immediately accretive. 
 
Ingenia reported a net profit of $25.72 million in the 2015 financial year.
