Dicker Data Limited
(ASX:DDR) has announced $1 billion in revenue for the 2015 calendar year.
The company says it has reached its target with three weeks to spare following the acquisition of Express Data Holdings.
The $65 million purchase of its competitor back in April formed a distributor big enough to take on market leaders Synnex and Ingram Micro.
Last month, Dicker Data upgraded pre tax profit forecasts for the full year to $31.5 million.
Dicker Data reported a net profit of $10 million for the six months to 30 June 2015.
