(ASX:SPK) says they have agreed to buy the IT infrastructure and service company Computer Concepts for NZ$50 million.
The purchase gives Spark a step up in the Cloud services capabilities and fits in well with its digital growth strategy.
Computer Concepts will continue to fun as a standalone business.
Spark also announced they will be acquiring an unused 2.3GHz spectrum from Whoosh Wireless for NZ$9 million subject to regulatory approval.
Spark New Zealand reported a net profit of $332 million for the 2015 financial year.
