Bionomics Limited
(ASX:BNO) has entered a trading halt at the request of the company.
In a note to the Australian Securities Exchange, Bionomics requests the trading halt pending an announcement from the company regarding the issue of securities to institutional US investors.
The ASX has granted the trading halt from the start of trade today.
The securities will remain in a trading halt until Tuesday 8 December or when an announcement is released to the market.
Bionomics recorded a net loss of $16.95 million at 30 June 2015.
