Phosphagenics Limited
(ASX:POH) has announced the initiation of a second swine study in its animal health and nutrition feed efficiency program.
The study follows on from the recent young pig study which is expected to report results later this month.
The new study targets older pigs and will complete the initial pig program.
The company says assuming positive results across the pig program, planning is already underway to expand the animal trials into other species.
Phosphagenics reported a loss of $13.9 million at 30 June 2015.
