Decmil Group Limited
(ASX:DCG) has acquired telecommunications services business SC Holdings Pty Ltd for an upfront consideration of $14 million.
The upfront consideration will be funded by a combination of cash and existing facilities.
SC Services owner John Ryall will become the General manager of the business, which will continue to trade as SC Services.
Decmil Group CEO and Managing Director Scott Criddle said the acquisition will give Decmil scale and a national presence in the telecommunications service sector.
Decmil recorded a net profit of $40.28 million at 30 June 2015.
