Diploma Group Limited
(ASX:DGX) says it has won a $52 million contract to design and construct the Riverwood Apartments in Perth.
The development will consist of a 18 storey mixed use residential and commercial building with 156 apartments in Burswood.
Early works have begun with the residential section expected to be complete by late 2017.
The contract takes to $130 million the development pipeline of work Diploma will complete in the next 18 months.
Diploma Group reported a net loss of $10.85 million for the 2015 financial year.
