Bank of Queensland Limited
(ASX:BOQ) has announced Karen Penrose will join the board as a non-executive director.
Ms Penrose has risen to the top of corporate life with a 30 year career in the finance and banking industry.
Previously an executive general manager with Commonwealth Bank and Chief Operating Officer at Wilson Investment Group Ms Penrose now sits of the boards of numerous ASX companies including Spark Infrastructure, AWE and Vicinity Centres.
Bank of Queensland reported a net profit of $318 million for the full year ended 31 August 2015.
