Elemental Minerals Limited
(ASX:ELM) has appointed a new Managing Director and non-executive Chairman of the board.
Sean Bennet, previously CEO of UBS South Africa will replace John Sanders as Chief Executive.
David Hathorn, current CEO of Mondi Group will take over from Tom Borman as Chairman with both Mr Borman and Mr Sanders staying active through a short transition period.
Elemental will now focus on bringing the Kola potash project on line.
Elemental reported a net loss of $1.56 million for the 2015 financial year.
