Qantas Airways Limited
(ASX:QAN) has partnered with NIB Holdings Limited
(ASX:NHF) to offer frequent flyers health insurance and drive loyalty in the health insurance business.
The program known as Qantas Assure will team the health insurance, risk assessment and underwriting capability with the Qantas marketing, data and customer retention expertise.
The program includes a wellness app and fitness tracker that will measure activity and deposit points in the customers Frequent Flyer account which can then be used with over 400 partners.
Qantas reported a net profit of $560 million for the 2015 financial year.
