Atrum Coal NL
(ASX:ATU) has appointed Bob Bell as Executive Director and Chairman.
The former Chair of the Coal Association of Canada joins Atrum with more than 27 years’experience in the Canadian coal industry and international coal markets.
The remuneration payable to Mr Bell will be an annual base salary of CAD$400,000 per annum plus 3 percent superannuation.
Atrum Coal also announced that as part of its focus on Candian operations, the company’s head office will be relocating to Vancouver, Canada.
Atrum Coal recorded a net loss of $19.21 million at 30 June 2015.
