Stephen Roche says, “We are a 105 year old pharmacy distributor or wholesaler. We were co-operative until 1997 when we went publicly listed.
In the background we have now one of Australia’s leading health and beauty retailers in Priceline and Priceline Pharmacy.
We have a small consumer brands manufacturing business in New Zealand that has its fundamental intellectual property around cough, cold analgesics and toiletries and body washes.”
Stephen Roche highlighted that the company was well placed for FY16 despite mixed consumer confidence.
Mr Roche also noted further options for growth will be considered during the financial year.
