Ruralco Holdings Limited
(ASX:RHL) says Travis Dillon has been appointed as CEO and Managing Director.
Mr Dillon has been acting CEO since previous boss John Maher stepped down in May.
He’s been with Ruralco since 2007 including management roles over Rural Retail and Mainland Operations.
Mr Dillon won the role after an extensive search of both internal and external candidates and begins in his new job immediately.
Ruralco reported a net profit of $11.84 million for the six months to the end of March 2015.
