EBOS Group Limited
(ASX:EBO) says it will buy the New Zealand health products business Red Seal for $NZ80 million.
Red Seal has a strong presence and market share in New Zealand and is expanding rapidly in export markets such as China.
The acquisition will be immediately earnings accretive and will be funded from existing debt facilities.
EBOS reported a net profit of $93.8 million for the 2015 financial year.
