Mr Hanna said "The Mitula Group is a leading global aggregator of cars, jobs and homes classifieds listings operating 57 sites in 44 countries in 18 languages."
Mr Hanna highlighted that for the 12 months to 30 June 2015, the Mitual Group beat its prospectus pro forma forecast.
Expanding on the September quarter results, the Mitual Group delivered a 43 percent year on year revenue growth.
Mr Hanna said that when comparing September 2015 to September 2014, the Mitula Group delivered strong growth on key performance measures, and as such the group remains confident of achieving its pro forma CY15 and FY15 forecasts.
