AGL Energy Limited
(ASX:AGL) has appointed Doug Jackson to the position of Executive General Manager Group Operations.
Mr Jackson has been acting in this role since April 2015. The appointment comes effective immediately.
Doug Jackson joined AGL in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer in the former Merchant Energy division.
The energy company said the appointment follows an extensive national and international search and now completes the executive team restructure, announced in April of this year.
AGL recorded a net profit of $218 million at 30 June 2015.
