Nine Entertainment Company
(ASX:NEC) has officially announced Hugh Marks as the CEO replacing long-term boss David Gyngell.
Mr Marks brings 20 years experience as a senior broadcast executive and currently owns RGM Artists as well as interests in a number of independent production companies.
Previously he has served with the Australian Communications and Media Authority and spent seven years as CEO of Southern Star Group.
Mr Gyngell with remain with Nine as a non-executive board member. Mr Marks will start in his position tomorrow.
Nine Entertainment Company reported a net loss of $592 million for the 2015 financial year.
