REA Group sees 21% jump in revenue

REA Group Limited (ASX:REA) says it has a seen a 21 per cent jump in revenue for the first quarter of the 2016 financial year. 
 
Revenue grew to $146 million from $121 million the previous year and another highlight included a 30 per cent rise in EBITDA from core operations. 
 
Average monthly visits to its flagship site realestate.com.au have increased 33 per cent during the strong first quarter. 
 
REA also says the international markets are going from strength to strength. The recent acquisition of leading Asian property portal iProperty places REA in a great position to benefit from growth in the Asian region. 
 
REA Group reported a net profit of $210.25 million for the 2015 financial year.
