Diploma Group
(ASX:DGX) says it has received approval for two new projects in Perth valued at $51 million.
The first project is located at Scarborough on the West Coast Highway and comprises of 39 apartments and 11 short stay apartments over nine levels with commercial space on the ground floor.
The Subiaco project will be 22 apartments over five levels also with commercial space below.
Marketing will begin later this month.
Diploma Group reported a net loss of $10.85 million for the 2015 financial year.
