Insurance Australia Group
(ASX:IAG) has appointed Suncorp’s Mark Milliner as Chief Operating Officer.
The former Suncorp Chief Executive Officer Personal Insurance will join the IAG team in mid-2016, following 20 years of service.
IAG CEO designate Peter Harmer said Mr Milliner is one of the sector’s leading executives and the company is delighted he has chosen to join IAG.
Suncorp Group has appointed Gary Dransfield as CEO Personal Insurance following Mr Milliner’s resignation.
IAG recorded a net profit of $830 million at 30 June 2015.
