Origin Energy Limited
(ASX:ORG) Executive Director, Finance and Strategy, Karen Moses is set to retire from Origin in 2016, after 21 years with the company.
The energy company announced that Ms Moses has decided to retire from her roles with Origin Energy to pursue a career as an independent non-executive director.
Ms Moses will remain with Origin Energy until at least the end of February 2016 to ensure a smooth transition.
As a result, the company is withdrawing the resolution to seek Ms Moses re-election as a Director at the AGM.
Origin Energy reported a net loss of $590 million at 30 June 2015.
