Washington H Soul Pattinson and Company Limited
(ASX:SOL) has appointed Todd Barlow to the Board of Directors.
The investment company announced the appointment of Mr Barlow, who was engaged as the Chief Executive Officer of the company in April this year.
Mr Barlow has been employed with the WHSP Group since 2004 and spent five years as Managing Director of Pitt Capital Partners Limited.
Chairman Robert Millner welcomed Mr Barlow to the Board and said the company look forward to his continued valuable contribution as the Managing Director.
WHSP Group reported a net profit of $75.55 million at 31 July 2015
