National Storage REIT
(ASX:NSR) has announced plans to expand its Sydney presence via a $10.7 million acquisition.
The self-storage owner and operator has entered into arrangements to acquire the business and long-term leasehold for three self-storage centres in Sydney.
The centres are located in the Camperdown, Pymble and Seven Hills/Toongabbie areas, with lease tenure ranging from 30 to 60 years.
The portfolio acquisition will bring the total number of centres owned or operated by NSR in New South Wales to 13.
