Brickworks Limited
(ASX:BKW) has announced the retirement of long-serving Chief Financial Officer Alex Payne.
The construction materials group today advised that Mr Payne will be retiring in September 2016, following the completion of the annual reporting process.
Mr Payne has spent 30 years with Brickworks, the last 12 years of which he was CFO alongside responsibilities as Company Secretary.
The company has advised an executive search and recruitment process will be undertaken to identify a suitable replacement.
Brickworks reported a net profit of $78.09 million at 31 July 2015.
