Ausdrill Limited
(ASX:ASL) has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer following the resignation of Jose Martins.
Mr Martins will be replaced by Ms Theresa Mlikota. Ms Mlikota holds degrees in Accounting and Applied Finance and Investment and brings extensive experience in financial control, investor relations and mergers & acquisitions.
She has held senior leadership roles at Woodside, Zinifex and most recently Fulton Hogan. A date for her start with the company has yet to be finalised.
Ausdrill has been hit hard in recent times by tumbling commodity prices and falling revenue.
Ausdrill reported a net loss of $175.62 million for the 2015 financial year.
