Caltex sees board shake-up

Caltex Australia Limited (ASX:CTX) has announced some changes to the board including the retirement of Chairman Elizabeth Bryan. 
 
Ms Bryan will step down in December after 13 years on the board, with eight years in the Chairman’s role. 
 
She will be replaced by current Deputy Chairman Greig Gailey who has been with the board since 2007. 
 
Steven Gregg will also join the fuel company as an independent director bringing his extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. 
 
Caltex made a net profit of $375.61 million in the 2015 financial year.
