Crowd Mobile Limited
(ASX:CM8) is continuing its global rollout and has executed a supply agreement to launch its mobile services in South Africa.
The company says with a population of more than 50 million people and a smartphone penetration rate of 40 per cent, it represents a significant opportunity for Crowd Mobile.
A recent report also shows that 60 per cent of South African’s use their mobile phone to access the internet.
Crowd Mobile has operations in 40 countries and in 28 languages.
The company reported a net profit of $3.96 million at 30 June.
