Bulletproof Group launches SPP

Bulletproof Group Limited (ASX: BPF) says it hopes to raise up to $1.5 million through a share purchase plan. 
 
Shareholders will be eligible for up to $15,000 of new fully paid ordinary shares at $0.25 each, a 23 per cent discount to the volume weighted average price the shares were trading at last week. 
 
All shareholders will be eligible to receive the same pricing as an institutional placement. 
 
The cloud services provider also says that its acquisition of Infoplex is expected to complete shortly. 
 
Bulletproof Group reported a net profit of $4.43 million for the 2015 financial year.
