Toro Energy (ASX:TOE) Managing Director, Dr. Vanessa Guthrie provides an update on the improving fundamentals for uranium now that Japan has restarted its Sendai Reactor 1 with plans for Sendai Reactor 2 to restart this year.
Toro Energy is developing its flagship Wiluna Project in Western Australia, Australia's most advanced uranium development stage project. Toro is due to release results from its 2015 drilling program over coming weeks which will provide an updated resource estimate, project economic model and mine plan.
Toro’s Wiluna regional resource contains approximately 76.5 million pounds of U3O8 (as uranium oxide), sufficient resources to run the planned Wiluna mine for at least 25 years.
