Skydive the Beach Group Limited (ASX:SKB)
says its originally forecasted EBITDA of $10.9 million for FY 2016 will now increase to $11.5 million.
As part of those results the sky-diving company forecasts more than 100,000 tandum skydives and revenue of $47.5 million.
The changes relate to the effects of the acquisition of Australia Skydive for the final quarter of FY2015.
Skydive the Beach acquired Australia Skydive back in March, four days after SKB listed on the ASX.
The company says ASG has five drop zones in excellent locations in New South Wales and Queensland and now has 16 drop sites across Australia.
The company reported a net profit of $2.46 million at 30 June.
