(ASX:NVL) has announced the settlement of Bathurst Veterinary Hospital, the final business in its initial portfolio of vet clinics.
The settlement takes the total number of clinics acquired to 34 and marks the successful completion of all the acquisitions outlined in the company’s replacement prospectus.
The company listed on the ASX in August and aims to be a leading provider of vet services in Australia and New Zealand.
